YESTERDAY'S DREAMS

A while ago it was revealed that after reading J.R.R. Tokien's The Lord of the Rings, John Lennon had expressed interest in acquiring the film rights so The Beatles could produce and star in a Stanley Kubrick-helmed adaptation of the fantasy classic. As the story goes, John wanted to play Gollum, with Paul as Frodo, Ringo as Sam and George as Gandalf, but honestly, I think the coolest thing to come out of all this talk is a series of poster designs created for an art contest over at Super Punch.
